Cinnabar is a Chinese art of carved lacquer. We believe in traditions, we believe in the idea of things being passed between generations and the slow transmission of cultural values through tradition.

The Chinese carved lacquer or Qidiao (producing process), is an art form with over 1400 years of history, and although lacquer is used in many Asian cultures, this art is exclusive to China.
